Arcapita has developed and refined its investment model over decades of experience, allowing us to create new and agile structures. Our core management team has overseen approximately 50 real estate investments with a total transaction value of approximately $13 billion. Investments have been made across myriad geographies, including North America, Europe, the Middle East and Asia and across multiple sectors, including industrial and logistics, self-storage, residential, senior living, mixed-use, business park and retail sectors.
The growth in supply chain fulfillment has led to an increase in demand for sophisticated distribution and industrial facilities. We acquire properties in select sub-markets with attractive supply-demand dynamics and supportive macro-trends.
Arcapita focuses on rental housing within high, job growth or student enrollment sub-markets, often with the potential to increase returns through value-add strategies.

Majority of the properties are financed through a CMBS financing and a Revolving Acquisition Facility, both led by Goldman Sachs & Co.
