In January 2019, Arcapita acquired A portfolio of nine highly functional industrial real estate assets totalling 1.5 million square feet located in Indianapolis, Indiana. The Properties range from approximately 55,000 sqft to 311,000 sqft in net rentable area and feature highly attractive characteristics including, adequate clear heights, trailer storage, sufficient loading bays, functional truck courts, and auto parking. The Properties are located in two clusters; Park 100 and Hunter Creek. Park 100 is the largest business park in Indianapolis with a mixture of office, flex, and medium and bulk distribution facilities totaling over 24 million sqft.
